Habit Care offers Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which allows sophisticated natural 2-way communication with patients for assessments, tracking, recommendations and reminders.

Habit Care can also provide optional Habit Care coaches to develop one-to-one relationships with each participant. All Habit Care coaches are trained behavioral health specialists with nurse and pharmacist support to answer medical questions.
